The partnerships will also assist in increasing diversity and inclusion in this culture space, professional training and workforce development for college students who participate in the arts that are not afforded quality time for the preparation of workforce development. It is imperative that we provide funds and resources for access and/or provide professional training to increase their success in preparing for competitive opportunities, the spirit of entrepreneurship and careers in the vast business/fine arts disciplines, entertainment and hospitality industries utilizing their talents.
